Shipping policy

If your item is unused, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs and we do not permit returns on items purchased at a discount. For items that have been opened, we charge a $5 handling fee. If your original order qualified for free shipping based on a minimum spend and your return brings the total below that threshold, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet our return standards. Luminsea Lab is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity associated with some freight forwarding services, orders shipped to these addresses would not be eligible for refunds or replacements if issues arise after delivery.
